This is a school assignment for Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences (HvA). The objective was to create a full visual identity for a musical artist. In my case the artist is FKA twigs, and I designed a self-initiated visual identity for a potential ulreleased album.

Vogue
The concept is based on the dance style called Vogue which FKA twigs often uses in her videoclips, performances and fotoshoots. This is a dance style that involves elegant and fluent hand movements. I used outlines of FKA twigs’ own hands, traced from photos of her. Inside of these outlines I have applied photomanipulation to implement my own photographs of stylized black and white hands.
Style guidelines were made to document potential do's and don't for typography, colours and logo use.
The single item responsive webshop was designed exclusively to sell the fictional new single by FKA twigs. A home screen and a payment form for desktop, tablets and smartphones.
The tour poster features black taped hands and the ‘glitchy’ FKA twigs logo. The glitch in the name is derived from the often glitchy digital beats she uses in her music. *Tour dates not real
